Creative Fitness classes offer practices which support balance, ease, and confidence in a creative body. We offer classes to help you relax, strengthen, and find harmony in the physical sense to better access your inner creativity.

MAC’s Creative Fitness program offers mind and body conditioning courses, including Fusion Fitness (an aerobic exercise dance class), Tai Chi, and weekly Qi Gong classes. Weekend workshops are also offered. MAC’s Creative Fitness programs also include Nia, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation.

Sign up for the full term for a better deal, or purchase drop-in tickets at the MAC office. As of April 1, 2019, drop-in tickets will be $7 for a single ticket, or $65 for 10 tickets. Tickets are non-refundable.
