MAC is transitioning to a registration process that better aligns with best practices going forward, while honoring current expectations of lesson registration prioritization. We believe these changes will provide better customer service and better music education for all our students!
Immediate changes will:
- Follow a school year registration system (rather than three separate registration periods), in which you keep your lesson time from fall term through the end of spring term, unless you request otherwise.
- Introduce flexible payment plans that meet the needs of your financial management and allow for automatic payment plans, deducted from a credit card or checking account.
- Update how schedule change requests and waitlists are managed to be more transparent and customer-friendly.
RETURNING STUDENTS: For lesson change requests, we have developed a change request form to better document what will and won’t work for you. Lesson change requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
NEW STUDENTS: By completing the Pre-Registration form, you’ll help us provide the best lesson time based on your availability and special requests, like instructor or lesson length. Completed forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, once returning students have been processed.
